Return & Refund Policy

Domestic Returns (Thailand)

You may return items via Thailand Post. Please contact our Customer Service team by email at info@rajaboxing.com or call us at (+66) 64-101-1212 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Once your return request is confirmed by email, you can send the product back to the following address:

International Returns

For international returns, please contact us directly at info@rajaboxing.com and our team will assist you further.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds once an order is placed unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • Please check all product details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

  • Sale, discounted, and promotional items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

  • You must receive and inspect the product before submitting a request for exchange, return, or refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with tags still attached.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the conditions.

  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 15 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, please follow the same steps as for returns. Kindly include a note specifying the size you would like in the return parcel. Exchanges are only accepted for products that are in their original, unused condition, and tags must remain intact.
