Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to assist you as much as possible.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee is applied to all cancellations, even for recently placed orders. This fee helps cover non-refundable service charges incurred from the platform and payment processing systems.
  • Fee Structure: Restocking fees can vary between 3%–15% depending on the stage of cancellation.
    • If a cancellation is made after the item has shipped, the fee may increase up to 10% to account for transport and import fees required to bring the item back to Raja Boxing.

Return Policy

We accept products in a resalable condition for up to 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale items or items purchased with a promo code. (These may be available for exchange only.)
    • Mouth guards and protective cups are non-returnable for your protection, even if new.
  • Conditions for Acceptance (Apparel, Gear & Equipment): Items must be returned under the following strict conditions:
    • Items must be unused and unwashed.
    • Items must be clean and free from wear (e.g., no dirt, deodorant marks, animal dander, or strong smells).
    • Items must be in the original packaging with original tags attached.
  • Rejection of Returns: Any item that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Process:
    • Please contact Customer Service at [Raja Boxing Customer Service Email] to initiate a return and receive authorization.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all instructions, tags, and attachments. Include your order number in the package.
    • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted for refund or returned to you.

Shipping and Fees (Returns/Exchanges)

  • Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility): You will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless Raja Boxing made an error in sending your order.
  • Free Return Exception (Our Mistake): We will only refund shipping if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e., we sent a different style, size, or product than what you ordered). In this specific case, you must contact Customer Service for acceptance prior to returning the goods to qualify for a free return.
  • International Returns (Outside Thailand):
    • There may be additional customs fees applicable on returns from outside of Thailand, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
    • The customer is also responsible for the shipping fees and any duties associated with the replacement item during an exchange.
    • Courier Services: If the return is not shipped back using DHL courier, additional charges may apply due to the extra procedures involved in retrieving the goods from customs.
  • Import Taxes: During the return and exchange process, import tax fees may be applicable and will be charged accordingly against the customer.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Process: Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Deductions:
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Any import duties incurred by Raja Boxing will be debited against the credit applicable for a returned product.
  • Sale/Promo Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased with a promo code are available for exchange only and cannot be refunded.

Final Authority: All returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of Raja Boxing.
